The attacks continue! Conservative Christians remain the persecuted in the land is known for the statement,

"Give me your tired, your poor,

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,

I give you Los Angeles Community College and Professor John Matteson. According to an article posted at the web site of the Alliance Defense Fund Professor Matteson felt a speech given by one of his students with reading Bible verses and opposition to same sex marriage was not, NOT worthy of a grade. However, it appears it was worthy of telling the student he was going to see him expelled from LACC.

This is not the first time an off the wall college professor has used his position to make college students think and conform to far left line. Remember President Obama's friend, Bill Ayers. My own daughter a dual degree graduate of Ohio University was placed in nearly a same situation. While attending OU she encountered a female professor who told students they should not be stay at home moms. It was a waste of a college education to have children and home school them. The feminist rhetoric continued when papers were graded. Comments indicating my daughter and a friend of hers in the same class were not woman enough and should be more assertive.

Both girls finished the class with "B" grades and were sure to never to take a class by that professor again. As a matter of pride I must interject here both girls were "Honor Society" students in high school. Sarah, my daughter graduated Cum Laude from OU a year later. She currently home schools my grandchildren. On a recent evaluation from a certified home school monitor my grandson was noted to be way ahead of the local public school.

Those of us who consider ourselves Conservatives or Christian Conservative need to carry our fight to the schools and college campuses of America. If you don't have a child in college or anticipate having a child in college someday keep this thought in mind. You child's manager or supervisor may be a college graduate. They may have gone to LACC. They may have had Professor Matteson as a professor and they may try to run your child's life to the left.
