For a while I have been wondering about the power President (dope and shame) has amassed in his 3+ years as the President. I thought about his early meetings and bowing to Islamic Heads of States, his friendship with South American dictators, his backdoor deals to push Obamacare and most recently his power grabbing Executive Orders. Apparently and thank goodness better brains and more powerful people than I had the similar thoughts.
A couple days ago my good friend and fellow blogger, Subvet at Blowing Sans#1 clik here posted a story by Major General Jerry Curry, USA (Ret.). The article referred to various agencies buying up large amount of ammunition's. These purchases were allegedly for training purposes. Agreed some of the agencies you don't normally expect to be armed. Not that I blew it off but, admittedly I did file it away in my computer (Commodore 64) like brain. As a Fraud Investigator I was trained to look for patterns. My 4 years in the Army Security Agency didn't hurt either.
Quoting from the article of Major General Jerry Curry, USA (Ret):
"In the war in Iraq, our military forces expended approximately 70 million rounds per year. In March DHS ordered 750 million rounds of hollow point ammunition. It then turned around and ordered an additional 750 million rounds of miscellaneous bullets including some that are capable of penetrating walls. This is enough ammunition to empty five rounds into the body of every living American citizen."
Now, this concerns me a little. Then as I am reading my "Blogs That I Follow" another good friend and fellow Blogger, Adrienne at Adriennescatholiccorner, runs an article by FuzzyLogic picked up from the American Thinker. The American Thinker spells it out word for word, item for item and line for line just what I was mulling over. And, I might add, it is done much much better than I ever could. If you were ever wondering about what could happen if President (dope and shame) were not to get re-elected the America Thinker has it posted for you.
Should this happen or should President (dope and shame) try to put these plans in action I really don't know. However there is one thing I am certain of.....this is a Conservative Outrage!

Correct Me if I'm WRONG!
Sitting here at the desk and surfing the web I came up with this tidbit of information. I don't recall seeing it on the Democratic News Networks and not even sure if it may have made some of the "Right Wing" TV shows. However this info comes from an article on Foxnews Nation,. Here goes anyway. It is also supported by two other sources unlike Harry Reed's trash mouth!
Going back to July 25, this year.
So the story goes President "dope and shame" just happens to stop by a little diner in Portland Oregon. There are 3 veterans there having chow. President "dope and shame" stops to chat. Then the veterans just give him accolades for his Obamacare package and what a wonderful job he is doing.
First, I thank these veterans for their service to their country. Because of what they did then! Not, what they do now. To allow themselves to be used as props by a man who only uses the military when he must for political purposes is shameful. To pretend that this was a casual meeting when it was later learned one vet has worked for the Obama campaign, an other's wife is an Obama supporter is disgraceful. These men were coached by Obama campaign personal and drivne to the diner. Their behavior is not only disgusting but deplorable.
Given a chance to make amends and set the record straight these gentlemen (?) refused to right the wrong and expose President "dope and shame" for what he is and for the way he uses the military. All three have refused to go head to head on the Victoria Taft show. I support these veterans in their right to have a political preference and support their candidate. THAT is what they bravely fought for. I abhor their cowardice in failing to come forward and admit they were used as pawns.
This is a Conservative Outrage!

As I continued to surf the net here is another little tidbit of mooching from the far left I find interesting. Seems a Federal Judge overruled a Hawaii law that says two homosexuals cannot be married. That debate will go on from now til doomsday. What caught my attention was:
U.S. District Judge Alan Kay issued a 120-page decision that said court involvement at this point would “short-circuit” the legislative activity that has taken place against the issue. A civil unions law took effect in 2011, but the co-plaintiffs in the suit, Jackson v. Abercrombie, argued that only marriage would give them certain federal benefits.
The only reason they want to get married is to reap the governmental benefits from some hard working people. Federal Benefits! President (dope and shame) at it's best!
This is a Conservative Outrage!

Please STAY IN WASHINGTON D. C., Please!
In the Friday edition of our local rag, the Columbus Dispatch, aka, Columbus Pravada our wonderful President Obama rates an inside Page 6 article. Slightly unusual for the Dispatch however more important issues are posted above the fold on page 1. Presidential candidate Romney made below the fold. Our local skools superintendent made above the fold. Perhaps because she is making policy for the district and has sparked a statewide investigation by the office of the State Attorney General for counting/not counting students to bilk funds and favorable impressions of the number of absent students. In other words her underlings appear to be cooking the books to make the district, and her look better.
Now back to the illustrious President Obama. Pravada, er....the Columbus Dispatch is reporting our "dope 'n shame" President is coming back to Ohio AGAIN! Oh please spare me/us! Every time "dope 'n shame" comes a a city or burg the cost of safe guarding him cost local taxpayers big $$$. Yes, some of it is reimbursed. The pain in the derriere for the locals, many who don't give a darn is the traffic tie-ups, the stores blocked and a general lack of anything worthy. Oh yes, the union boys will be there and the minority groups that believe he is the messiah will be too. The squeaky wheels get the grease as they say. However, for us working folks trying to get to work it's a pain in the derriere. For those of you in Loma Linda that your as......well it's the part of your body that comes in contact with a chair when you sit down. It seems according to the Pravada, aka the Columbus Dispatch ol' "dope 'n shame" last visited the Buckeye state on August 1st, about two weeks ago. In keeping with a "Fair and Balanced" Conservative Outrage policy this will be the 38th visit by a Presidential candidate this year to the Buckeye state.
Oh the thrill of being a state is up for grabs every time there is a Presidential election!
I'm gonna throw my 2 cents worth in at this time. Although I am not, repeat not currently using Medicare health insurance THAT I HAVE PAID FOR, FOR NEARLY 40 YEARS, I will in the future. Mr. Romney's and Mr. Ryan's plan that DOESN'T CHANGE FOR ANYONE 55 years or older, is a fine with me. Any body's plan that removes over $700,000, 000 from the Medicare Plan I PAID FOR, is not likely to get my vote nor that of my children who may wind up taking care of ol' Pops in his senior years. It is very simple math. More people are applying for Medicare every year. Take money out of Medicare equals less money for more people. That ain't rocket science friends, that's just plain ol' simple country boy 'rithmatic! Removing or playing with a benefit that has been counted on by hard working Americans for 30, 40, 50 years is unconscionable! It truly is a CONSERVATIVE OUTRAGE!
For a brief explanation of Obamacare, check out Paul Ryan explain it to the President! Clik here

This is NOT my America!
Few of you know that I got a little part-time gig working for a major bank in Central Ohio several months ago. I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to work at a job I like. I work the 3-11 PM shift watching a bank of cameras. A very good job for a Seasoned citizen. I have been blessed, Tonight I had to stay over due to an overload of work for the company and the lack of manpower. I don't mind as there is not much to go home to these days 'cept an ol' black cat. She eats, sleeps and uses the liter box. But tonight.............
I was watching my outside cameras and as it lightly rained saw two subjects huddle on a park bench in the small green space the bank has between the three buildings it own in the city. I was and saw one subject was trying his best to cover the other person with a blanket. They struggled and huddle as best they could trying to keep warm and dry. After a while I had the opportunity to take a little stroll outside. As I approached the two on the bench I could tell it was a man and a woman. They were not young. Most likely my age or slightly younger, late fifties or so. I had seen them earlier and chatted with them. At the time they told me they had been to the outdoor concert a few blocks away and were on the way to their car. Now it seemed a little different.
Betty and John I'll call them were homeless. Their entire life was packed into a small suitcase with wheels and a large duffel bag. They were not the typical homeless people you see in a major city. They were as neat and clean as possible with combed hair and clothes that had been recently washed. John explained the company he worked for had folded and recently his unemployment had run out. He walked with a limp and worn "coke bottle" glasses. Betty was a short little lady who kept apologizing for her hair not being brush but the local shelter was full tonight and she could find a mirror. That explained what she was doing when I had first encountered them earlier, she was trying to use the window of the bank as a mirror to brush her hair.
John and Betty were articulate and polite while they explained they had used their last $50 for a motel the night before. They neither asked for money or pity. Both said this was just a little bump in the 31 years they had been married and they would survive. They were going to wait until morning in the park and try to call a friend on the west side of town to see if they could help them by making some phone calls to local agencies on Monday. I was not allowed to allow them in the bank of course however pointed them to a enclosed atrium that would keep them dry and out of the 14 mph wind we were having tonight. They were very grateful and said thanks them moved to the location.
I don't write this to brag how I helped a homeless couple. I write this to thank Almighty God for the Wonderful wife He gave me, the three great children we raised and the soon to be 9 grandchildren I will have any day. My parents raised me in a Christian home with Christian values and I am the recipient of that upbringing. As my father said to me on more than one occasion,
Except for the Grace of God there go I.
Thanks mom and dad and thank you God.
Pray for the homeless and for those in need. This is NOT my America!

Is Conservatisim Dead
If your racial and ethnic voter base is aging, shrinking and dying, your moral code is being rejected, and the tax-consuming class has been allowed to grow to equal or to dwarf the taxpaying class, the Grand Old Party has a problem. But then so, too, does the country.
This is the last paragraph of an article written by Patrick J. Buchanan July 27,2012. It is significant only because Mr. Buchanan has come forth with a truthful and accurate response to the problems within the Republican Party. This is why the Tea Party is so strong within the party but completely unable to change the course by themselves. IMHO the only chance for this country is for a unit of patriotic, Constitutional, Christian Americans to get off their lazy asses and vote!
Read the article copied w/o Mr Buchanan's permission for a chilling saga of the future of America if my previous statement isn't fulfilled.
Since 1928, only Dwight Eisenhower and George W. Bush have won the presidency while capturing both houses of Congress for the GOP.
In his 49-state landslide, Richard Nixon failed to take either House. In his two landslides, Ronald Reagan won back only the Senate. Yet Mitt Romney is even money to pull off the hat trick.
With this hopeful prospect, why the near despair among so many Republicans about the long term?
In his New York Times report, “In California, GOP Fights Steep Decline,” Adam Nagourney delves into the reasons.
In the Golden Land, a state Nixon carried all five times he was on a national ticket and Reagan carried by landslides all four times he ran, the GOP does not hold a single statewide office. It gained not a single House seat in the 2010 landslide. Party registration has fallen to 30 percent of the California electorate and is steadily sinking.
Why? It is said that California Republicans are too out of touch, too socially conservative on issues like right-to-life and gay rights. “When you look at the population growth,” says GOP consultant Steve Schmidt, “the actual party is shrinking. It’s becoming more white. It’s becoming older.”
Race, age and ethnicity are at the heart of the problem. And they portend not only the party’s death in California, but perhaps its destiny in the rest of America.
Consider. Almost 90 percent of all Republican voters in presidential elections are white. Almost 90 percent are Christians. But whites fell to 74 percent of the electorate in 2008 and were only 64 percent of the population. Christians are down to 75 percent of the population from 85 in 1990. The falloff continues and is greatest among the young.
Consider ethnicity. Hispanics were 15 percent of the U.S. population in 2008 and 7.4 percent of the electorate. Both percentages will inexorably rise.
Yet in their best years, like 2004, Republicans lose the Hispanic vote 3-to-2. In bad years, like 2008, they lose it 2-to-1. Whites are already a minority in California, and Hispanics will eventually become the majority.
Say goodbye to the Golden Land.
Asian-Americans voted 3-to-2 for Obama, black Americans 24-to-1. The Asian population in California and the nation is growing rapidly. The black population, 13 percent of the nation, is growing steadily.
Whites, already a minority in our two most populous states, will be less than half the U.S. population by 2041 and a minority in 10 states by 2020.
Consider now the Electoral College picture.
Of the seven mega-states, California, New York and Illinois appear lost to the GOP. Pennsylvania has not gone Republican since 1988. Ohio and Florida, both crucial, are now swing states. Whites have become a minority in Texas. When Texas goes, America goes.
This year could be the last hurrah.
The GOP must work harder to win Hispanic votes, we are told. But consider the home economics and self-interest of Hispanics.
Half of all U.S. wage-earners pay no income tax. Yet that half and their families receive free education K-12, Medicaid, rent supplements, food stamps, earned income tax credits, Pell grants, welfare payments, unemployment checks and other benefits.
Why should poor, working- and middle-class Hispanics, the vast majority, vote for a party that will reduce taxes they don’t pay, but cut the benefits they do receive?
The majority of Latinos, African-Americans, immigrants and young people 18 to 25 pay no income taxes yet enjoy a panoply of government benefits. Does not self-interest dictate a vote for the party that will let them keep what they have and perhaps give them more, rather than the party that will pare back what they now receive?
What are the historic blunders of the Grand Old Party that may yet appear on the autopsy report as probable causes of death?
First, the party, intimidated by name-calling, refused to stop a tidal wave of immigration that brought 40 million people here whose families depend heavily on government. We needed a time-out to assimilate them and see them move out of the tax-consuming sector of the nation.
Republicans acquiesced in the importation of a new electorate that may provide the decisive votes to send the party to the ash heap of history.
Second, Republicans, when enacting tax cuts, repeatedly dropped millions of taxpayers off the rolls, creating a huge class that contributes little to pay for the expanding cornucopia of benefits it receives.
Third, the social revolution of the 1960s captured the culture and converted much of the nation. According to a new Pew poll, the number of Americans who profess a belief in no religion at all has tripled since the 1990s and is now one in five of our countrymen.
If your racial and ethnic voter base is aging, shrinking and dying, your moral code is being rejected, and the tax-consuming class has been allowed to grow to equal or to dwarf the taxpaying class, the Grand Old Party has a problem. But then so, too, does the country.
The chart below shows the US Population as of 2010 and it's breakdown.*
The U.S. population's distribution by race and ethnicity in 2010 was as follows-due to rounding, figures may not add up to the totals shown:[45]
| Race / Ethnicity | Number | Percentage of U.S. population |
||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Americans | 308,745,538 | 100.0 % | ||||
| White or European American | 223,553,265 | 72.4 % | ||||
| Black or African American | 38,929,319 | 12.6 % | ||||
| Asian | 14,674,252 | 4.8 % | ||||
| American Indian or Alaska Native | 2,932,248 | 0.9 % | ||||
| Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander | 540,013 | 0.2 % | ||||
| Some other race | 19,107,368 | 6.2 % | ||||
| Two or more races | 9,009,073 | 2.9 % |
Using these figures it quite obvious to me there is absolutely no reason whatsoever that BHO should be re-elected. It's time for the true Christian, Conservative, Silent Majority to stand up for themselves! Dan Cathy of Chik-fil-A did and he is taking the heat and handling it! As my loving wife would say to me,
"Failure is NOT an option!"
God Bless America!

There is No God......?
Respectfully pilfered from an exchange between a college student and Ravi Zacharias
Student: There is too much evil in this world; therefore, there cannot be a God!Speaker: Would you mind if I asked you something? You said, “God cannot exist because there is too much evil.” If there is such a thing as evil, aren’t you assuming that there is such a thing as good?Student: I guess so.Speaker: If there is such a thing as good, you must affirm a moral law on the basis of which to differentiate between good and evil.
Speaker: In a debate between the philosopher Frederick Copleston and the atheist Bertrand Russell, Copleston said, “Mr. Russell, you do believe in good and bad, don’t you?” Russell answered, “Yes, I do.” “How do you differentiate between good and bad?” challenged Copleston. Russell shrugged his shoulders and said, “On the basis of feeling – what else?” I must confess, Mr. Copleston was a kindlier gentleman than many others. The appropriate “logical kill” for the moment would have been, “Mr. Russell, in some cultures they love their neighbors; in other cultures they eat them, both on the basis of feeling. Do you have any preference?”Speaker: When you say there is evil, aren’t you admitting there is good? When you accept the existence of goodness, you must affirm a moral law on the basis of which to differentiate between good and evil. But when you admit to a moral law, you must posit a moral lawgiver. That, however, is
who you are trying to disprove and not prove. For if there is no moral lawgiver, there is no moral law. If there is no moral law, there is no good. If there is no good, there is no evil. What, then, is your question?Student: What, then, am I asking you?
Pretty much sums it up for me!

These are the times...
I was surfing the tube the morning of the 4th. I cliked on one of my favorite channels, The History Channel. It was in the middle of a semi-documentary story of the Revolutionary War. As has been said before, timing is everything. In this case that statement was certainly true.
I tuned in as General Washington was about to loose many of his soldiers because their enlistments were up. Also, what I believe to be a little known fact was he had signed an order, at the insistence of some southern states prohibiting Negroes from serving in the Army. General Washington, himself a slave owner but, also a soldier knew the value of the Negro soldier. In raw numbers they comprised approximately 13% of his fighting force. They were a motivated soldier as enlistment meant freedom. With the potential of loosing 50% of his enlistees and his Negro soldiers surly the cause of freedom for the newly formed United States of would be lost.
Seeing the situation of a de-moralized Army and citizenry who had witnessed several recent defeats Statesman and then war corespondent, Thomas Paine again took up the challenge and cause. Paine well known co-author of the Constitution and the Federalist Papers wrote and published The American Crisis.
The purpose of this post. Never before, save, it original purpose does this document need to be read to all Americans. The hardship these Americans faced were nearly insurmountable. We face a like insurmountable challenge now. It needs to be read over and over and over until as with its original intent all Americans come together for the need of this great country we are all blessed to live in.
All Americans, be they black, white, red, yellow, or brown of skin, be they from Africa, the middle east, Asia, or Europe we need to come together. No longer for the good of ourselves however, for the good of this great nation we all call America. Not for ourselves we need to make the sacrifices but for the younger generations of Americans who deserve the same opportunities we have had.
Those of us who have traveled to impoverished foreign countries with no running water or no electric need to convey, na, convince our neighbors, friends and anyone who has not seen this type of poverty. We need to make them understand even our poorest of poor are far better off than those we have seen. Those of us who have worked in major metropolitan Emergency Rooms need to convince those who push for unconstitutional health care taxes there is health-care for all Americans. Taxing every Us Citizen is not the answer. Those of us who hold down jobs and work to earn our way must convey to the "occupiers the checkbook will run out of money. America will go down and no one will be safe. It will be survival of the biggest, baddest and fittest. If America falls the occupiers weak willed mentality will be the first to be enslaved.
I request to you my fellow bloggers not just to read this post and and the "American in Crisis" but forwarded it to every site, person, friend liberal, progressive and a few people you don't know. Post the link on your blog, or web site. Circulate it like never before have you circulated. As staunch a Christian Conservative as I am we must come together with many many Americans or face destruction of America as we have known it. We must not become another Rome, Ottoman Empire, or Great Britain. We must not, we must not stand by and be led down the path to that of a 3rd rate nation. If America fails, the world fails as there in no place on Earth left to go.

God Bless America and God Bless you all!

Lutheran Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer
Destruction of the embryo in the mother's womb is a violation of the right to live which God has bestowed upon this nascent life. To raise the question whether we are here concerned already with a human being or not is merely to confuse the issue. The simple fact is that God certainly intended to create a human being and that this nascent human being has been deliberately deprived of his life. And that is nothing but murder.
