At church Sunday we voted for a new Assistant Pastor. Pastor Flesher's sermon was taken from Timothy 1 Chapter 3 beginning with the first verse and continuing. Here are the verses:

This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. 2A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; 3Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; 4One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; 5(For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) 6Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. 7Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil. 8Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;
That is NOT the question! To nurse UNCOVERED in public is the question.

RE: this article,

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/delta-airlines-sparks-huge-online-backlash-after-telling-mother-she-must-cover-up-before-breastfeeding-9152475.html

A boob is a boob is a breast is a breast. As the article states what appears to be an innocent inquiry turns into a major issue BUT......

Was it an innocent inquiry? I don't know so I will give the benefit of the doubt. Moving on. Nursing in my family is not unusual so I feel I can speak somewhat on this subject.

Question. is it not true that everything a child knows Xxcept nursing is a learned trait? Therefore nursing without a covering up is a learned trait? Therefor the child is training the mother, not the mother training the chiild. This seems to be inherently wrong to me. Question. Isn't an Xxposed breast in our society walking down the street considered unXxceptable? I believer it will get you arrested in most localities. Question. How long and what time was the flight? Could the "Ms." taken a flight that did not fly during din din time for the baby? Or, was the flight so long as not able to NOT feed the baby? Question. Where is dad in all this mess? Why is he not mentioned, no known dad? Question. Could the "Ms" be requested to walk tot he back of the plane where the Stewardess are and nurse the baby out of the view of the general public? Question. Who's really at fault for this complete debacle, the "Ms." or the Airlines or both?

Nursing a child is the most natural aspects of life itself. I don't believe anyone will argue that. To what degree and how is it acceptable in public is the question. Was there an alternative in this situation? I think so. What do you think? Let me know.ABNPOPPAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13790538722982753032noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1973889858777720002.post-50211747723510389562014-07-22T05:18:00.006-07:002014-07-22T05:18:53.823-07:00when? When? WHEN!When will our elected Senators and Congressman step up and do something about this President. He is out of control. I can live with the fund raisers(it keeps him out of Washington). I can no longer live with the Xxcutive Orders! Now this:

Another Xxuctive Order that does not meet the criteria for Xxcutive Orders!

Mr. Starnes seems to have covered this story well. My question is When will the Senate and Congress do something about this irresponsible, overbearing, overreaching piece of flesh called the President.
We have a President, Atty General that REFUSE to uphold their oath of office. A Senate and Congress that no longer listens to those that elected them. The great United States of America is under siege. Nikita Khrushchev said many years ago great countries fall from within. He was speaking directly to the Americans citizens of the United States. Rome, Greece, Spain, England are examples. The lawlessness has begun. Militias have been formed and are beginning to take stands at Cattle Ranches, Small Towns, and the Southern Border. Bloodshed will result. True patriotic Americans want this no more than those who stood at Lexington and Concord over 200 years ago. A shot will be fired. It is inevitable.

The reason or the cause behind this is no longer of primary importance. What is of importance is the last chance we as Americans have to rattle the cages of our elected officials to stop this madness and stop it NOW!

The President must be impeached, his attitude is apparent, he doesn't care about America. His sole purpose is to bring American down. He has compiled a cadre of like minded subjects to do his bidding. They are marching lockstep with him toward the destruction of America as we know it. They must be stopped!

The web site below is a list of locations and times of protest to the complete lack of southern border security. Go to this site, take the time to find a location near you and show your support to saving our country. If not for you, how about your children and grandchildren. Then get on the phone and swamp your Senator and Representative with phone calls telling them to "quite talking and DO SOMETHING!

Do this, Do this NOW! The time for talk is over, the time for ACTION is NOW!ABNPOPPAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13790538722982753032noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1973889858777720002.post-65114936332403055632014-07-15T05:32:00.002-07:002014-07-15T05:32:24.355-07:00Who's Killing America!I post this article with great sadness for the victims and their loved ones. As I sit at my computer, safe and sound, reading this article my mind wanders to the thoughts of a soldier receiving his/her notice. Is the horror that by my being here caused not up the the Xxpectations of the control mechanisms in Washington DC? Is the blood, guts, gore and man's inhumanity to man not enough that I should be singled out to fight and perhaps die then be cast away like vermin in a trap. Why me? What is this all about? Here's were I'm going. First, supervised by a federal field specialist from HHS, Health and Human Service. That's just another federal bureaucracy that is over budget and was formally run by Katie Sebelius, the abortion queen and who stated,she was not going to determine whether or not (Murnaghan lived or died). Ten year old Miss Murnaghan was in dire need of a lung transplant. She, Katie Sebelius, went on to state, ‘Some people live. Some people die.’ Not the person I would want taking care of my kids. Second, Office of Refugee Resettlement. Now ask any older Jewish person that remembers WWII, that's World War Two, for those who go or went to public schools in the past 30 years, what "refugee resettlement" means to them. I bet the number 6 million will come up in the conversation. This is unconscionable in wording alone, if not in the potential for a return of Concentration Camps. Yes, we did have them in The United States during WWII, World War Two. Ask any Japanese family that resided in The United States during WWII, World War Two. They were called "internment camps". History does have a habit of repeating itself.

“Every illness, whether it is a headache or something more serious, is recorded in a child’s electronic medical record and posted on WebEOC – a real-time, web-based platform that is visible to not only BFCS but the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services,” she said.

READING THIS STATEMENT; The "keyword or words" Every, recorded, electronic posted, visible. If President Obama's Obumacare program isn't evidence enough the Federal government has no business whatsoever being involved in the computer game then there will NEVER be enough. Security Guards and that is what they are, refering themselves to the term "brown shirts" are either illiterate, went to public schools in the past 30 years, or just plain ignorant. For the older generation of Americans and Jewish Americans and German Jews, and Polish Jews and anybody that remembers WWII, World War Two, knows the term "brown shits" is not only horrifying but obscene on its face. The fact they "just happen to wear tan shirts" only shows the complete lack of understanding of one of the worst times on planet Earth and is, yes, I say it again obscene. The company itself is IMHO obscene for choosing this color for a security firm.

Thus endeth the rant for the day.

Comment if you dare!

Numbers 6:24-26ABNPOPPAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13790538722982753032noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1973889858777720002.post-18655665889797815612014-05-12T04:06:00.002-07:002014-05-12T04:06:28.887-07:00What's on MY Mind!At the risk of irritating the snot out of the couple of people who read my little wall I am going to take the time to tell you WHAT'S really on my mind.

I open up the day with reading the Headlines on The Drudge Report. Here's what I see.

1. Some drag queen wins some prize for singing
2. Some homosexual college football player gets drafted and a pik of him kissing his boyfriend (?).
3. Some multi millionaire asking for forgiveness for expressing his PERSONAL feelings against black people. His basketball team is predominately black and he has been paying them kizillions of $$$$$ for years.
Marco, Polo, Rubio, says he is "ready" to be President. He's still wet behind the ears and can't make up his mind what he wants to support.
4. Speaker of the House, John, the woos, Boner says the House will not arrest Ms. Learner on Contempt Charges. Why the hell charge her. Don't call President Obama a "paper lion" if you are one yourself. More BS from Washington DC IMHO.
5. Mylee Cryrus makes a "date rape" joke at a homosexual night club. Hasn't she gone the way of Brittany Spears yet!

The GOOD NEWS: BarBar Waw Waw is finally leaving TV after 50 years. Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus.

So ya gotta ask yourself, Do I really want to know what's on his mind?ABNPOPPAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13790538722982753032noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1973889858777720002.post-74288350069266014062014-03-03T10:22:00.000-08:002014-03-03T10:23:05.480-08:00Putin, Obama and the CrimeaOPINION:
Oh yes, of course it is

A CONSERVATIVE OUTRAGE!

Now before you go dismissing the below article consider this. A recent report found that for the first time EVER, Congress is run by millionaires. Everyone in Congress reportedly has a net worth of over $1,000,000 plus a beginning salary of approximately $175,000, plus expenses for their offices, plural, one in Washington DC and at least one in their district or state as it may be.

This past Friday I received a phone call from one of my buds who quickly told me the gas price just went up 30 cents at the gas station across the street from where he worked. He wanted to make sure I gassed up before the price went up. Of course I pulled into the next available Speedway and filled it to the brim. So, what's my point? Well, do you think any one of the people in Congress called their buds and said the gas is going up 30 cents, you better stop and gas up? In a word He*L NO!

So what's my point? "Out of touch", these guys and gals are "out of touch" with the people who they no longer govern, but, who they NOW dictate to. When you have a kid in school and one in college, a reasonable mortgage payment, some doctor bills and you want to eat, you watch gas prices and everything else. Congress is "OUT OF TOUCH'.

If you are "OUT OF TOUCH", you don't realize one or two tiny little things that most parents know about their kids. They like to have fun and SPEND MONEY. Fun and spending money go together when you are young and living large! You want gas in your car, food in your belly and enough jingle in your pocket to take Suzy out for the night. The last thing you think about is: HEALTH COVERAGE/HEALTH CARE!! You, in a word are INVINCIBLE!

As Cheech Marin might say, We don't need no stinkin' health care, man.

Bottom line, young people aren't NOT going to buy coverage. They feel they don't need it, don't have the money for it, and have more important issues in their life than to worry about what "may" happen. Anybody "in touch" with the majority of Americans young and old are going to know and understand this phenomenon. They are not going to attempt to fund a billion/trillion dollar overhaul of the health care system betting on our youth.

Second bottom line: Washington DC can no longer relate to the people they are suppose to be working for! They all need replaced, they all need to have salaries reduced, and most important they need to be governed by the same laws they pass for each and every Red, White and Blue American!

So now you can read this article.

For brief discussion and then everyone should read the complete articles to make their own decision.

WASHINGTON TIMES: The possible removal of the pictures of Generals Jackson and Lee of the Confederate Army from the walls of the US Army War College. This action seems fairly simple to me. They were Generals in an Army during a "war", WAR COLLEGE, that future generals learn about "war". This is a no brainier. Leave the damn pictures hang.

Breitbart.com: The Obama administration spending more tax payers $$$ to promote the all ready failed Obamacare health program. It was reported that less than 10% of the number of American citizens to support the program have been enrolled. Whether it is a computer system that doesn't work, Navigators that lie to get people into the program, billing clients checking accounts incorrectly or just plain, "you can keep your doctor (fraud)" any further advertising for this program should be stopped. PERIOD!

AND FINALLY

Politico.com: Hurting the military is one of President Obama's favorite games. The budget bill under consideration will cut the COLA percentage of retired military personnel. This is just unconscionable! Not only retired military personnel but

DISABLED MILITARY PERSONNEL

While this President goes to Hawaii for 17 days on the taxpayers $$$ our Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Coast Guard and Air Force veterans are expected to pay for it! Besides a do nothing President, we have a do nothing congress that is currently support a budget bill that supports this!!!!

PLEASE CALL AND EMAIL your Congressman to stop this atrocity and vote NO, on the budget bill currently being considered in the Senate!
I know mine have changed in the past 4 years. Some would say for the better some would say for the worse but, change none the less. Priorties change. Such is the case of my good friend and fellow blogger Subvet. He is a retired Navy veteran, a stay at home, full time dad to 3 very active young children. His wife works as a nurse and they live in the southwestern part of the United States. He has hopefully, suspended his blog to give more attention to the children's regular school work and religious upbringing. A trait many other Americans should IMHO follow.

Subvet has agreed to write posting for Conservative Outrage as a Guest Blogger and it is my pleasure to post this first one of many, I hope, today. So, as they say, without further ramblings on by me here is his post. Thank you Subvet.

I’ve recently read “The Grace of Everyday Saints” by Julian Guthrie. It details how the parishioners of St. Brigid Church in the archdiocese of San Francisco fought the closure and sale of their house of worship. It’s a good read; Ms. Guthrie plainly describes how the congregation was screwed in an uncaring, offhand manner by supposed shepherds of the Church. The flock got fleeced, BIG TIME!

But in reading it I was struck by the way over time those folk fighting for their church compromised some of the core beliefs of Catholicism. One example was the gratitude show to a local politician for her support, that gratitude included marching in the annual Gay Pride parade and manning a refreshment booth during it. Both these endeavors involved plainly identifying themselves as members of a Catholic parish. For those not familiar with the Faith, these means implicit endorsement of disordered and immoral conduct, something we’re forbidden to do. No gray areas in it, it’s forbidden. Love the sinner all you want but don’t show any approval of their sinful behavior.

The book unequivocally shows the archbishop and his crew behaved in a vile, selfish manner. But getting down in the mud with your opponent only brings you to their level.

So I thought of how compromising our standards are the last thing we should do. If we’re REALLY trying to follow Christ then we’ve got to forget returning injury for injury. Think of President George W. Bush. From the first day of his first term he was forced to turn the other cheek, his staff went into their offices to find the keyboards of the computers vandalized by a removal of the letter “W” from them. Cheap, childish trick on the part of the Clintonistas, it would have been entirely justified to call attention to it. But the New Chief Executive said to forget it and move on. In many ways that attitude was displayed throughout his terms in office, how many times was he viciously attacked by his opponents and returned their lies and insults with silence? Like many others I clamored for him to respond in kind at times. He didn’t and I firmly believe it was because of his Christian beliefs.

Could we expect the same forbearance from the current occupant of the White House?

Where does this lead me? Like a lot of conservatives I have no doubt our nation has irrevocably changed for the worse. We’ll soon find ourselves pariahs for our beliefs. The more you try following traditional Christian teaching the more you’ll be insulted, attacked, vilified, slandered, etc. Kind of like what Christ promised (John 15: 18-22). Something to look forward to.

We can’t put our faith in any man either; we follow Christ and know that we and other followers are merely human. That means we’ll inevitably fail when left to our own devices. Even those who seem to be among the best will stumble at times. Here is one example: http://www.crisismagazine.com/2013/the-new-tone-of-u-s-bishops-sounds-very-familiar?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+CrisisMagazine+%28Crisis+Magazine%29

Until recently Cardinal Dolan was looked upon as a strong and courageous leader. Lately he seems to have lost his way. Hopefully it isn’t permanent, even Peter denied Christ three times.

Getting back to the book, by the end of the tale the parishioners have saved their church from demolition. It’s been sold after the outer portion was declared a historic landmark (that declaration was no easy task for them either!) They’re currently working on having the interior of the building also designated a historic landmark. This would pave the way for returning it to its former status as a house of worship. If that ever happens I’d guess they’ll try reclaiming it.

In the process of all this they’ve become more of a close knit extended family. That’s pretty heartwarming I’d guess. But if doing that involved abandoning their Faith then I believe they’ve gotten the dirty end of the stick. From descriptions of their present religious observances I’d say that is exactly what happened. Maybe I’m just an old grump, but it’s how I see it.

Mark 8-36 comes to mind.

Anyway, we who call ourselves Christians and try to follow Christ have a long row to hoe. I thought of that the other day while reading the local fish wrap. One of the editorial board members had written a piece in support of gay marriage and how he believed Christians should refrain from all judgment. He felt this was what Jesus would do.

Whoever thinks Christ never passed judgment on others hasn’t paid attention to how He spoke to hypocritical Pharisees and scribes. That whole turning over the tables of the money changers in the Temple wasn’t exactly on the touchy-feely, I’m-okay-you’re-okay level either.

If we note the public endorsement of sin and evil in our society and say nothing, we’re a part of the problem. Calling evil good and good evil isn’t such a fine idea either.

But we’ll soon see plenty of faux Christians lining up to endorse gay marriage, euthanasia, greater public funding of abortion and other evils. Those of us who try to remain truly counter cultural in this will experience the “white martyrdom” of clinging to Christ while losing all else we hold dear.

At the same time we’ll be called to pray for those who persecute us, just as Christ prayed for the forgiveness of His murderers. No easy task, but that’s the way it goes. For whatever slight comfort it offers, I recently read a book concerning the Catholic Sacrament of Reconciliation/Penance. The author claimed that the more centered on God you become, the more abhorrent your past sins and transgressions appear. That’ll be small comfort, but maybe it’s the best we’re allowed in this world.

See you in the reeducation camps; I’ll be the grumpy fat guy with a sub service logo tattooed on my right forearm.

God’s will be done, may He have mercy on us all.
Here’s a paragraph from McClatchy.com, March 25,2013:

HUNGER STRIKER COULD DIE

Although it’s camp policy to prevent a captive from starving himself, the prison staff talks about the possibility that a hunger-striking captive will be found dead one day.

OK, so….so sorry about your luck, you’re the one who tried to kill American soldiers and got caught. Now you’re in a cushy prison at Guantanamo Bay getting 3 squares a day and you don’t want to eat the food. So F’ING starve, you moron!

There is only one thing more ridiculous than this. Here’s another paragraph:

By this weekend, the U.S. military had defined 26 of the 166 captives as hunger strikers. Eight were being fed nutritional shakes through a tube snaked through a shackled captive’s nose to his stomach. Two were hospitalized, getting nutrition through a tube and intravenous hydration as well.

Good golly, this Administration and the Congress has the country in Seeequessstooor, VP Biden has to give up his weekly flights home, Democrat Representative, Deb, the Dingbat, Wasshername, says congressional staffers can’t afford to buy lunch, and there is blasphemes talk of shutting down the Congressional ($5 million debt) barber shop and we’re force feeding morons who tried to kill American soldiers. These guys want to die and get their 40 virgins (not necessarily women) so let them FREAKING DIE!!!! Save the taxpayers $$$ so POTUS and Mechelle, my bell, can go on another vacation!!!

Read the entire article at: http://www.mcclatchydc.com/2013/03/24/186784/at-guantanamo-captives-war-on.html

I’m only briefly going into the same sex marriage debate for two reasons. First, while grocery shopping yesterday I saw a young male and female couple wearing T-shirts that had printed on them, “FUC_ DOMA”. My first inclination was to walk up and say something such as, your T-shirt language is offensive to me.Then I thought, no; just go tell them they are morons with no class (which would have been true, IMHO). Admittedly I thought of trying to tear the shirts off, however that would have landed me in jail. I don’t look good in stripes. So I just ignored them. By not expressing my feelings, which I believe is what they wanted, attention, I defeated their purpose.

Secondly, with SCOTUS, approving OBAMACARE, the approval ruling on same sex marriage, which is an oxymoron, is a slam dunk! Same sex marriage is like Judeo-Christian, it’s either one or the other. Frankly I don’t have a problem with two people of the same sex living together. Never thought you would hear that here, did you? Homosexually is the sin and Christians are taught to hate the sin and forgive the sinner. Homosexuals all ready have a "civil union" IMHO they don't want to be different.....but they are! For what ever the reason. They just want to belong and be the same....which they aren't. Sorry about your luck too!

My problem becomes changing the meaning of words or substituting words for words that are softer. In the 60’s homosexual meant two people of the same sex having a relationship of any kind. Today the word is “gay” which in the 60’s meant happy. We have changed the wording of execution to lethal injection. Dead is dead, the means or wording to the victim is totally irrelevant.

This reality came to mind as Pastor was reading from his Bible in church yesterday. I was reading along on my Kindle Fire Bible and the words were not quite the same. Actually some words were omitted where other words were substituted. Was the meaning the same? To me, I suppose so; because in my brain I automatically substituted the word or words I grew up with and subconsciously learned many years ago. I just wonder why we have to substitute words. Change for the sake of change I guess.

But, in my mind there will never be a same-sex marriage or a Judeo-Christian. You can’t have it both ways. Make a decision and stick with it. You’ll be thought a better person if you do.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">The decline and decay of the American Republican Party continues. Coming out of the closet, as it could be referred to is what Ohio Senator Rob Portman did Friday. Mr.
Portman with a programmed plan of a limited press releases and an Op Ed piece
in the local Columbus, Ohio rag, The Columbus Dispatch came out in
favor of legal homosexual marriage. Homosexual marriage by definition is impossible. That is what the homosexual community wants to do, change the definition of marriage. This announcement is so typical of the politicians in Washington DC now. <span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Mr. Portman was elected by the voters of the state of Ohio. It is up to him in this position, as a US Senator, to put his personal feelings aside and vote the will of the people. It has yet to be decided exactly what that will is. In 2004 the will of the people was 62 percent of the population was against homosexuals being allowed to marry. Current polls allege the numbers have dramatically shifted to a 50/50 split. Not being Catholic it does not resonate with me quite as strongly as with you I am certain. However, being a Constitutional, Christian, Conservative I certainly applaud any new Christian leader who is willing to take up the challenges of Christianity today.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">I would like to thank my daughter, Sarah, for the Kindle Fire that was my Christmas present this past year. I would also like to thank Wendy's Hamburgers for providing the free Wi-Fi, and CNN (yes,CNN) that provided the live coverage which enabled me to watch the new Pope Francis address the crowd at the Vatican.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Taken aback to say the least was how I would describe this article. It deals with Representative Gifford's husband, Mark Kelly. Now why is it not Representative Kelly or Mark Giffords? Herein lies part of the problem with the new America that is being pushed by the progressive/liberal party, incorrectly called Democrat. The "win at any cost" mantra used by these misfits and malcontents is somewhat disconcerting to G-d fearing, Bible clutching, gun holding Conservatives. You see, we too often see the world through rose colored glasses. We try to understand people in a logical, intelligent way. The problem with this is the progressive/liberal/democrat isn't dealing with a mind that is logical let alone intelligent. They deal with everything in a touchy, feeling emotional way. Also spoiled and selfish way, my way or I'll take my ball and go home.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">I am particularly concerned with Mr. Kelly as he drags the recovering retired Representative around the country highlighting the before and after of his injured wife. Retired Representative Giffords cannot hide the injuries she received due to the severity of them. To start an organization and use her as a prop for what appears to be "his" cause now is unconscionable in my humble opinion. As a military man (retired) he knows the value of being prepared for combat with what ever weapon you have at your disposal. He as much agreed with this when he stated he would keep the pistol he recently bought. He used his wife as prop just like he used the AK he bought along with the pistol to attempt to prove his point. This is a sad, sad state of affairs, IMHO, of course. A retired military man touting the progressive/liberal/democrat agenda and using his ill wife to advance this cause is, again unconscionable.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">My second concern comes from my home state (by birth, by choice it would be any southern state) Ohio. Here we have a perfect example of "win (windy she talks too much for her own good) at any cost" by a supporter of President dope and shame. The intellectual level of this lady must be somewhere between an amoeba (a one celled animal for those of you in Loma Linda) and a stalk of celery. I applaud the fact she has proven our voting system is old, outdated and can be breached very easily. I abhor the fact she put her personal prejudices before the country that gives her that freedom of voting unencumbered and free of threat. This incident only give rise to the mega possibility that President Dope and Shame could have quite easily been falsely elected. With the million of dollars from Hollywood, Mr. Soreass, and the unions the electronics of voting could have been manipulated from somewhere outside the United States. Just for one minute think about it. One unintelligent woman voting 6 times and don't forget the nun. This woman should be in hiding somewhere in Brazil. She gave up her Savior for the opportunity to elect President dope and shame! May the Lord have mercy on her soul. Now again, just think of one computer geek hacking into voting data basis.......need I say more.
In his lifetime he has surprised me on several different occasions which I could go into but won’t. Mostly they were good surprises, mostly. This weekend was different.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">We are watching the idiot box when a news article comes on about all the ammunition being purchased by the Obama administration. I have posted about this as has some of my fellow bloggers (is it one "g" or two). There is the theory that this regime may be buying up ammunition and shipping it to various government agencies around the country for the purpose of quelling any civil unrest should President "Dope and Shame" try to scam an “El President for Life”. This is just a theory that has been making its rounds for several months. With the growing sentiment regarding the attack on the 2nd Amendment I can see the concern. See the following article:

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">http://cnsnews.com/blog/gregory-gwyn-williams-jr/update-number-us-gun-makers-refusing-sales-govt-firearms-equality

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">My normally non-committal son tells me he has a completely different theory regarding the governments purchase of billions with a “B” rounds of ammunition. Jacob’s theory is the Obama administration is in trouble regarding the economy. Only taking away our “right” to keep and bear arms will get millions of people fired up. So this administration is buying up all the ammunition. There by driving the price sky high. Have you tried to buy any .22 ammo lately? Here in Central Ohio it is sold before going on the shelf. The same holds true of other popular calibers.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">Now the government sets up a shell company or for goodness sakes another government agency and sells the ammo to the public. The money generated would be used to pay down the debt. This would take the wind out of the Republicans sails and a huge factor for saying Obama can do anything.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">This way the administration continues to track the Conservative Americans he hates and the liberal left he coddles. Of course the price would be so high only rich Conservative Americans could afford it. Now he has their money. The masses of middle class Conservative Americans are scraping to feed their families so they can’t buy ammo. No masses with guns and ammo, no power to stop a Chavez style takeover. Control the media, DONE; control the weapons, beginning to be DONE. Have your own private army, Need I say, Teamster, NEA, UAW and the list goes on and on, DONE. Oh yes, be certain to create a little class warfare DONE. Remember Hitler and the Jewish population in Germany. That’s just an example all you liberals don’t get your panties in a bunch.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">With a little commentary by me that is the way my son, Jacob says it could happen. Interesting, very interesting.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: large;">

All my religious and Catholic friends don’t get your panties in a bunch; I am not going to crack on the Pope. Remember I have a Monsignor that occasionally reads my blog. The fact of the matter is I believe the Pope did the right thing.

If I may be allowed to reflect on my career for some background you hopefully, will understand why. As a young 24 year old fresh out the Army in 19 and 70 I choose to become a police officer, following in my father’s footsteps so to speak. He was in his 50’s. Being my father, mentor and best friend we often would talk about situations we had been in. As the years rolled by and he left “the streets” for a less active position I began to notice something. The guy I loved and respected more than anybody was slowing down, in mind, in body and in spirit. This was not bad just a plain ol’ ordinary fact of life.

I had enough time to recognize some young rookies coming on the department were better educated, trained and little faster than I. This can be good; of course it can get your butt in a sling also. This sometimes would require the older more experienced officer, (ah hum) me or another more senior officer to bail their backside out of trouble. Getting the drift? I’m not old enough for the “less active” position but I am no longer the “chargin’ Charlie” either. Age, as and in of itself causes class distinctions. It is inevitable.

This reminds me of my young warrior son, Jacob. He was a big Hulk Hogan fan when he was little. We used to clear the living room of most breakables and I would put a $5.00 bill on the coffee table. I told him if he could pin me like Hulk he could have the five bucks. Of course I won. We continued to play this game until he went into the Army. After Iraq and Haiti one afternoon we were clowing around and this yound son of mine ask if I wanted to put the $5.00 bill on the table. Admittedly I wanted to. That manly testosterone thing you know. I thought hmm, me 60 plus about 190, him 30 about 175, age, weight and experience, hmmm....... Here's the five bucks son, spend it wisely, I just did!

As I said I respect the Pope for his decision. He is old and wise. He understands the concept of aging and accepts it. For this every Catholic and non Catholic follower should be thankful.

Now to the heart of this post. I only wish we had the same leadership values in this country. It seems unfortunately many of the most powerful in America think they have tapped into a fountain of youth. Perhaps they fail to recognize they are failing in mind, body and spirit. Perhaps they think they are irreplaceable. Or perhaps they are just full of __it and think they can run everybody’s life better for the good of the all.

My list of those who should take and follow the Pope start off with:

Senator John McCain. I respect his service but IMHO he really needs to retire.

SCOTUS Justice Ruth Ginsberg, Her health by her own statements is affecting her

Ex President Jimmy Carter, every time he makes a statement it reminds me of the rabbit scare during his presidency.

Joan Rivers, just retire to the Old Actors Home, you had a great career, 30 years ago.

Mayor Bloomberg of New York City, I wanna drink a 32 ounce soda!

I might add one more name,
Pops, at least according to his children, LOL

Of course the list could go on and on however I think you get the my drift. My comments to The Most Reverend Gregori:

MRG,

Never, never, be ashamed of the greatest country on the face of this earth! It has been and still is the place where all peoples of all nations want to come to.

What to be ashamed of is the way we (excluding you) previous Republicans and now Conservative Tea Party have let the left wing liberals take over, piece by piece, bit by bit. We have allowed ourselves to be out bred by the have nots and out shouted by the squeaky wheel homosexuals, and out organized by the labor unions. It's our own damn FAULT!

We can, We must, and we will take back this country or there will be a revolution that will put the Civil War to shame. It is all ready building up. History, history, history is the key. Control the media, control the military, control the minds. Every dictator in time has used the same plan.

Bitch, gripe and complaint but never be ashamed of The United States of America!

I (we) have not yet begun to fight!!
Captain John Paul JonesABNPOPPAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13790538722982753032noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1973889858777720002.post-6875817463881847232012-11-20T05:33:00.002-08:002012-11-20T05:33:36.437-08:00With all due respect gentlemen……you’re wrong!<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Governor Bobby Jindal and former Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez are just flat wrong. They want to "just be friends" This is a CONSERVATIVE OUTRAGE! Unlike the new darling of the GOP Senator Marco Rubio. Just one line from his Iowa speech says a lot.
"We need to do a better job of going out and convincing our fellow Americans who perhaps don't see things the way we do," Rubio said.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">With all due respect to the two gentlemen, you are wrong. The thought of encompassing the masses of non-white voters, as you call them, is completely contrary to the values and patriotic American principles that made The United States exactly what it was only a few short years ago. Christian Conservative principles do not endorse any American who is in violation of the laws. Americans will stoop to help the smallest of children and the poor and the downtrodden but…..only to help them. Not, to make them a ward of a socialist nanny government. An ancient Chinese proverb, sometimes misquoted as a Bible verse says:

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.*

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">A return to the principles of true education on the history of The United States of America beginning at the very roots of our society is what is needed. This is an old fashion thought. However, the strength of America is with its youth. The strength of our youth is with Education. It is the youth that must carry on the burden of overwhelming debt brought about by the past 40 years of excess. It is the youth of America that must carry on the standards that “all men are created equal” in God’s eyes. It is the youth of America that must stand tall around the world for freedom and justice and democracy.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">They can not, nay; they will not do this should they not have the tools of knowledge brought forth by the Founding Fathers of America. They must learn of the disease and death that was suffered before the first Thanksgiving Day. They must learn about the struggles of General Washington and the soldiers at Valley Forge. They must understand the how the ravages of the Civil War not only brought the Northern states against the Southern states. It brought brother against brother, father against son and wife against husband. It divided families but through the suffering it made America stronger and a better and greater nation. They must understand the struggles of the Marchers in Selma, Alabama and the price they paid for a greater freedom. They must learn there is pain before victory.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Governor Jindal and former Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez are just flat wrong.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” is not just a quote from a poem on the Statue of Liberty. This quote embodies the true American spirit. We will take you in, we will help you and you can become one in America, an American. The price you pay for joining this very exclusive association only the desire to work hard, make something of yourself, obey the laws and provide for you, your family and future generations so they may have the freedoms that all Americans have. The United States is a very exclusive association you see. By following the rules laid down by our Forefathers you are the member of the greatest nation on Earth. One of the 312 Million Americans vs the world population of 6.98 Billion makes you a very select member.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">While Governor Jindal’s idea on the surface might sound good it will only exacerbate the problem for the Republican Party. Mr. Carlos Gutierrez’s idea of a super-pac although admirable is just that, another super-pac. The idea of expanding the lawless, and those that wish to have the freedoms of American citizenship but not put for the effort is plain wrong. To obtain freedom is by following a few simple rules paid for by the blood of the Pilgrims, the soldiers at Valley Forge, or the Marchers in Selma Alabama.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Sorry gentlemen, you’re just plain wrong,
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Slightly behind schedule but.......As I had told some of you I planned to attend the Romney/Ryan rally in the town of Lancaster which is near where I live. Actually I lived there for a few short months while waiting on my then, Army dad to arrange housing for the family in England. I won't give the dates I lived in England however, if you are really that interested my sister and I marched in Queen Elizabeth's Coronation parade. Enough about me and on with the rally in the streets (of Lancaster, Ohio).
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">I didn't have a ticket (which was free) so I was winging it. My hope was to get to Republican HQ early enough to obtain one there, which was advertised. That was my 2nd mistake. The first was not reading my email completely and thinking the rally would be at the fairgrounds. This made perfect sense to me as the Fairfield County fair was going on and there is a grandstand and PA system and all that stuff. Apparently when the Secret Service boys got into town they didn't like the large hills and congestion soooo the Rally was held in the downtown area. Approximately an eight square block area was cordoned off and a stage erected right beneath the town hall building with the bell tower. I guess that gave the Secret Service guys the high ground and allowed quick egress and exit if necessary.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Let me back track here a bit. Regarding this Post's Title. On the net this morning I read some very disturbing news about "Tweets". Personally, I don't "tweet" or "twit" or give a _hit about what people tweet or twit! However, it seems hundreds of thousands of "turds" have tweeted or twitted that if President Dope and Shame is not re-elected they are going to riot in the streets. Several of these "turds" tweeted or twitted that they would assassinate then President Romney should he be elected! I find this a Conservative Outrage!!! I hope the FBI and the sober Secret Service agents are out interviewing and arresting every one of these turds. I believe it IS A CRIME, to threaten the President of the United States of America!!! Clik here for full story. Therefore my counter to the turds that tweeted or twitted is a Conservative safe, "Rally in the Streets! <span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Now where was I? Oh yes, A very nice Deputy pointed me to the VIP table at the check in. Then a very nice lady pointed me to the Instant Ticket table. I obtained my FREE and INSTANT ticket and entered nearly hallowed ground. You could feel the electricity in the air. I found a location near the back where I could watch the crowd. I had just watched the movie The Jackal a couple of nights before and kept looking for Bruce Willis and a white van. I did spot the Secret Service agent in the bell tower as did several other veterans that had gathered around me. It seems us older vets just come together somehow like a magnet and iron. Perhaps is keeping your back to the wall or something like that but we all seemed to gather near the back of the crowd.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">The actual rally started with the Benediction (bet they don't do that at an Obama rally). A local Boy Scout troop presented the Colors and then the National Anthem. My fellow Americans, let me say this about that. My father was in the Army the first 13 years of my life. I played varsity high school sports four years and then spent 4 years myself in the Army. My son, Jacob spend five years with the 82nd Airborne as most of you know. I say that for you to understand I have heard a few National Anthems sung. Never, I repeat never in my 64 years have I heard the National Anthem sung by one person with so much enthusiasm, with so much professionalism or so much emotion as I did Friday night. It brought tears to my eyes and to many of the eyes around me. And, the very next night it was my pleasure at a local hot dog roast to meet the aunt and uncle of this young woman. She is on Face Book. I believe she has a CD of it. I will let you know.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Of course all the local dignitaries spoke before Mr Romney and Mr. Ryan spoke and we all suffered through that with only few minor bruises. Mr Ryan spoke first and reminded us he was an Ohio college grad and felt like a fellow Buckeye. The State of Ohio's tree is the Buckeye. He then introduced Mr. Romney. OMG! What a roar, a reported 8000 people in a confined few small town city blocks rocked the buildings! It was just awesome. Which is not a very good descriptive word but this ol' country boy ain't very good when it comes to fancy words ifn yo'al know what I mean. I just took a picture of the stage, Governor Romney at the podium with the flag waving in the breeze behind him and sent it to my friends. I captioned it, "This is what it's all about." God, Country and Family.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Mr Obama, I will gladly "cling to my guns and Bible" until the day I die and you or no one else will take that away from me.
Today I ask you to re-read both posts and begin to connect the dots. You need not be a history major to understand how Communism/Socialism take over a country. It is a plan that has come down through history time after time after time. It has happened in country after country after country. And... it has cost the millions of people to loose their freedoms and millions more to loose their lives. It is being set up in the United States of America.
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 1. Elect a radical leader who installs his own radical appointees
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 2. Take over the media for propaganda purposes
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 3. Slowly remove personal freedoms
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 4. Create class warfare/divide and conquer
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 5. Develop your own military ie; Hitler's Youth/Brown Shirts
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 6. Manufacture a crisis and use this as launch pad to cultivate population sectors that support you
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 7. Refuse to step down and crown yourself El President using force if necessary
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Under the present administration steps 1 thru 5 are complete. You see, liberals, communist, progressives, what ever you wish to call them are adapt at one thing. They take small bites of the apple....eventually devouring it. This is a plan that has come down through history and has been practiced in South America and the rest of the world for generations. This my friends is Barack Hussien Obama's plan. Small bites at at time. If you would kindly re-read my post of August 25 and add the following two additions you will see the noose tightening around the next of all Americans.

Release people from prison, Fidel Castro, Manual Ortega, Hitler and the list goes on. New item #1. Bypass the written law. This president has issued 139 Executive Orders. These orders are obviously too many to list here. However, you can read and search the entire list for yourself at http://1461days.blogspot.com/2009/01/current-list-of-president-obamas.html.

The Obama administration has acknowledged that it released illegal aliens that were in its custody back into the U.S. population because they claim that these did not “fit” an administrative “priority” for deportation. These illegals were outside the qualifications that were outlined in Barack Obama’s new immigration policy.

Obama is ready to sign an executive order giving himself and his administration more control over the Internet. A National Security Council spokeswoman stated, “An executive order is one of a number of measures we’re considering as we look to implement the President’s direction to do absolutely everything we can to better protect our nation against today’s cyberthreats.” She could have just ended it with “…the President’s direction to do absolutely everything we can.” That would have been more accurate.

Now throw in what may be the beginning of a small war against terror under the guise of the death of a US Ambassador and 2 Navy Seals and a 4 unknown person. Exactly the perfect ingredients for taking over the Internet, the military, and the and the country by FORCE. Declare a nation emergency and you have President "dope and shame" for life! It can happen.

I urge each and everyone of you to do what ever necessary to get the Conservative in your influence circle out to vote. Regardless of how you feel about Mitt Romney we must rid the country of Obama.

God Bless America.
I thought about his early meetings and bowing to Islamic Heads of States, his friendship with South American dictators, his backdoor deals to push Obamacare and most recently his power grabbing Executive Orders. Apparently and thank goodness better brains and more powerful people than I had the similar thoughts.

A couple days ago my good friend and fellow blogger, Subvet at Blowing Sans#1 clik here posted a story by Major General Jerry Curry, USA (Ret.). The article referred to various agencies buying up large amount of ammunition's. These purchases were allegedly for training purposes. Agreed some of the agencies you don't normally expect to be armed. Not that I blew it off but, admittedly I did file it away in my computer (Commodore 64) like brain. As a Fraud Investigator I was trained to look for patterns. My 4 years in the Army Security Agency didn't hurt either.

Quoting from the article of Major General Jerry Curry, USA (Ret):

"In the war in Iraq, our military forces expended approximately 70 million rounds per year. In March DHS ordered 750 million rounds of hollow point ammunition. It then turned around and ordered an additional 750 million rounds of miscellaneous bullets including some that are capable of penetrating walls. This is enough ammunition to empty five rounds into the body of every living American citizen."

Now, this concerns me a little. Then as I am reading my "Blogs That I Follow" another good friend and fellow Blogger, Adrienne at Adriennescatholiccorner, runs an article by FuzzyLogic picked up from the American Thinker. The American Thinker spells it out word for word, item for item and line for line just what I was mulling over. And, I might add, it is done much much better than I ever could. If you were ever wondering about what could happen if President (dope and shame) were not to get re-elected the America Thinker has it posted for you.

Should this happen or should President (dope and shame) try to put these plans in action I really don't know. However there is one thing I am certain of.....this is a Conservative Outrage!
