My Rule for Life

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

Update

Although the news on Specialist Lesh is slow and sparse a Sargent in Jacob's section was able to make direct contract with him. He said "I'm ok but coming home" Of course coming home means his wounds are serious but we rejoice in him actually speaking on the phone. I will be heading to Fayville in the morning and hope to actually talk with the Sargent who spoke with him. Until then please keep Specialist Lesh in your prayers for a quick and speedy recovery.

Bless all of you who have given up prayers and passed this along. I know many of you have as I have had comments from several new bloggers.

Have a wonderful 4th of July and remember our warriors who keep us free.

Hope you July 4th is a safe and Happy one. I just hope that Obama doesn't make this our last one.

I am going to

A. Have a safe trip. (I did, I'm here now)

B. Declare MY Independence from President Obama and start speaking out to any one who will listen and probably some who won't listen. But, speak out I will. Enough is Enough!

If he's talking that's a good sign.

It's our Constitution that keeps us free. Sadly the biggest threats to our freedom are here at home.

Lutheran Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Destruction of the embryo in the mother's womb is a violation of the right to live which God has bestowed upon this nascent life. To raise the question whether we are here concerned already with a human being or not is merely to confuse the issue. The simple fact is that God certainly intended to create a human being and that this nascent human being has been deliberately deprived of his life. And that is nothing but murder.
