President Elect Obama/Ex Senator Al Gore
Clik here to read how these two leading "lefties" are respected by our overseas counterparts. If this doesn't support my feelings that we are in for big trouble nothing will. I know this is a lazy post but it's getting late and ABNMOMMA is calling me to take out the cat and bring in the dog or something like that. Read this article and leave me a comment about how you "feel" (for the lefties), and what you "think" (for the Conservatives) about it. This is a sanity check for me.

I think I need to get a second vehicle so I can stop working nights...and that this second vehicle needs to be big enough to seat my family of 5, 3 of whom are in car seats. We have a minivan...maybe it's time for an SUV?? Those big old HumVee3s look cute! Nice and safe in a crash too huh?? And then I'll take advantage of the ever falling gas prices to take my big ol hummer for a road trip to tour the US and Canada and visit all my blog friends.....yup that's what I think!
Obama is already pissing off a good portion of liberal moonbats by the appointments to his cabinet (e.g., Gates remaining as Sec of Defense). So he's already showing a tendency to NOT follow up on his promises.
We may see this trend continue in the area of the enviornment, I won't bet the farm on it but it looks more possible now than a few days ago.
I'm reminded of how LBJ portrayed Goldwater as a warmonger and got elected on it. Yet this was the same guy that kept us in Viet Nam.

MM I would go for a recycled military humvee. They ride smoother but use more gas.

I hope Obama raises the gas tax.
