My Rule for Life

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

It's About Time!!!

I guess I'm back posting after a short/long time away from the desk so I hope my followers will come back.  This is just about the bestess news I've heard in a while.  I am not a big Starbucks fan (too expensive for this retired guy)  however,...........
I saw the beginning article several days ago and hoped that it was not in vain well, guess what!  It wasn't!  Here's the lead in at Fox News.

Dozens of Business Leaders Back Starbucks CEO's Pledge to Halt Campaign Donations

Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks call for this and by golly he got it.  It's about time some of the major businesses of this country stood up and quite trying to kiss the derriere of the roughly 536 wanna be kings and queens (including Barney Franks).  The Americans of 1176 tossed out a king and by God and with His grace we, Conservatives, Tea Party people, Democrats that are embarrassed, and the like will get rid of this group of moron, back scratching good ol' boys and girls!! The 2010 election was JUST A START!

This list of businesses is just a start and fantastic.  Check out some of the companies!
AOL CEO Tim Armstrong; Zipcar CEO Scott Griffith; J. Crew CEO Millard Drexler; JC Penney CEO Myron Ullman; and Whole Foods Co-CEO Walter Robb.

I believe that boycotts are good.  I firmly believe that supporting good businesses is also good.  If you need something try to by it from these companies.  I off now to have a Moca Latte at Starbucks,  you should too!
Pops,
PS.  To those that em'd me during my absence and have followed me for a while......well.....all I can say is  Thanks,  May the Good Lord Bless and keep you! Love you guys!

I will pass on the Moca Latte. Starbucks is way too pretentious and costly for my meager tastes.

I hope the Starbucks CEO is being honest and not just trying to score points.

Any how, welcome back my friend, welcome back.

Adrienne, Airman Mom, Mighty Mom and The Most MRG, Thank you all for those kinds words. It has been a long time but needed time.

Adrienne, BRING HIM ON! I am ready for battle and I am ready for the war.

Just keep plugging away on the PP and millions of the unborn will be given the breath of life they so well deserve.

MRG, I toO, find them expensive so it will be a modified support as best the pocketbook can afford. I too, also this is not a hoax by the CEO

Lutheran Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Destruction of the embryo in the mother's womb is a violation of the right to live which God has bestowed upon this nascent life. To raise the question whether we are here concerned already with a human being or not is merely to confuse the issue. The simple fact is that God certainly intended to create a human being and that this nascent human being has been deliberately deprived of his life. And that is nothing but murder.
